How is the fee collected?
Either deducted by the provider when you're paid, or invoiced monthly, depending on the provider. Your agreement says which.
What costs extra?
SMS messages your organization sends to its members and donors are charged at the SMS rate. Everything else is included.
Is there a contract period?
No minimum period. Your agreement covers your rates for each payment method.
